Description

Our 20x40 high peak frame tents can be set up on grass, asphalt, or any other flat surface.

*IF YOU NEED SIDEWALLS ADD THEM SEPARATELY
Funtastic Rentals Inc. provides professional tent setup and tear down services in the price. However, delivery costs may vary based on your location and other factors such as distance and access. When setting up the tent, we use 40-inch stakes for anchoring whenever possible. If staking is not an option, we can provide concrete weights at an additional cost. Please note that if you require staking, you must call 811 to mark any underground utilities and sign a staking waiver releasing Funtastic Rentals Inc. from liability for any damage caused by the stakes. Additionally, the tent site must be approved in advance and concrete anchoring may not be possible if there are hills, gravel, or other rolling hazards between the truck and the tent site.

Payment Policy

When FUNTASTICRENTALS INC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
