This service is for design using rental items from Avenue Twelve and Co-Op Partnership inventory only. The Co-Op partnerships include vendors in our warehouse (Borrowed Blu, Onyx and Redwood, BBJ Linen, La Tavola Fine Linen, Nuage Designs and Table Method). For design services including items outside of Avenue Twelve and Co-Op partnership inventory, please inquire about our Full Event Design service.

Payment Policy

When Avenue Twelve approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 6 days of the delivery/pickup date a 75% fee will be charged.
