Description

Yearly Licensing Agreement includes the following:

- Unlimited access to platform for 365 days
- Registration Portal
- 5 RTMP video feeds
- 1-on-1 chatting
- Custom agenda creation for participants
- Speaker Section
- Exhibitor section with unbranded 3D designed booths (design fees are not included)
- Sponsor Section
- Event metrics
- 300 person bandwidth (additional bandwidth may be purchased)

* Monthly Hosting: $275/month to keep your site live


* You may have as many events as you'd like during the year, however rebranding or redesigning the platform will incur design fees.


If you are licensed with us, you will receive discounted rates on additional services:

- Video tech - $1500 / day rate
- Re-branding / Design - $750 for each event
- Moderator - $500/ day rate
- Show Director - $800

Payment Policy

When The One Up Group Inc. approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 60 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 45 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
