COVID Compliance Pre-Event Digital Check-in
This service will collect all of your guests vaccination &/or COVID test result in one place digitally prior to the event. Making check-in on the day of the event quick, touch-less & simple for you and your guests.
Pre-Event Digital Check-in:
We will provide a link for your guest to complete
The link will consist of 6 questions.
It will also give them the options to upload their vaccination card and/or negative covid test.
We will then create a document that will make their check-in to the event simple, quick and touch-less.
Your guest would need to just show their Driver License upon entry.
When Flipside Event Services approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
You may remove items from your order anytime up until 1 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
