Description

An event manager will help work hand in hand with you or someone in charge to manage DIY day of projects, set up, and basic errands. Please note that an event manager is not a day of coordinator. For more clarification on duties, please set up a consultation.

Hourly Pricing & Fees

  • Rental Rate $625.00

Payment Policy

When Finer Detailz Luxury Events approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 85% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
