AirPac

Site work includes unloading the units and transporting the units using only hand carts, dollies, or carrying the units to the preplanned, designated area. AirPac does not harm the venue grounds during the transport of the units. AirPac is careful around gates, walkways, fountains, etc. Leveling may be required and an additional charge may be incurred, which will be evaluated on-site. Site work also includes removing the units and loading them back on the truck after the event is over. Additionally, site work includes the commissioning and de-commissioning of the units. AirPac will make sure all the cables are run and secured, as well as powered. Commissioning includes making the final connection to the AHU and the ODU followed by testing all the functions to verify complete installation. After the event, AirPac turns off the cooling and power in proper order, makes sure the units are disconnected properly, and drains the units before removal.
When AirPac approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged.
