We understand the importance of seamless logistics in the event industry. Our Standard Pickup Service ensures that your rental items are collected promptly and professionally, allowing you to maintain the integrity of your inventory and streamline your operations.
With our dedicated team of logistics experts and reliable fleet of vehicles, we offer flexible pickup options to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Whether you need items picked up from a venue, a client's location, or our own warehouse, we've got you covered.
When LV Event Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
